We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We typically ship most orders through UPS Ground or the USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 days). For UPS Estimated Shipping times please refer to the UPS Ground Shipping Map below.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return. Some exclusions may apply, see below.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Face Masks and Face Coverings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. To request a Return for these items please note the following:
- Request return within 7 days of receipt of item for return.
- Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
- If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us, we will exchange that item.
A store credit may be given when payment is due to a customer for any reason. A store credit may be used toward any future purchase any time after the credit has posted in our system.
